"Living with Crohn's disease and being put on biologic medications for several years my body could no longer tolerate the side effects. They were causing hair loss, memory loss, anxiety and depression. At only 19 years old and no cure yet for this disease I decided to turn to alternative medicine and give acupuncture and herbal medicine a change. I have brought my CRP and calprotectin down to almost the normal range by using these methods. This is amazing because I am no longer poisoning my body with "risky" medications and feel better every day! For those who may be skeptical, it works! Greg Carey, L.Ac. is very knowledgeable and with his help I finally can begin to live my life and heal rather than suffer daily." L.G., Clark, NJ.

A middle aged man came to Old Bridge Acupuncture after injuring his Achilles tendon during routine activity. He had already visited with a podiatrist for this issue and was still in extreme pain, 10/10. As a result, his movement was defined by a limp and avoidance of pressure on the injured foot and ankle.
After one visit with Gregory Carey, L.Ac., MAcOM, the man was able to walk normally and demonstrated reduced swelling at the ankle joint and increased range of motion. Pain was reduced to 3/10. After two follow up visits, the man was symptom free and completely recovered from his injury.
Please call us at Old Bridge Acupuncture to learn how we can help you become pain free, the natural way.
